Tim Dukes
Senior Pastor
After graduating from Epworth Christian School, Pastor Tim Dukes attended Valley Forge Christian College. After completing college, he served as a youth pastor for five years in Farmville, VA. From there he started a church in Ocean City, MD where he pastored for thirteen years. In 2006, he became the Senior Pastor of Central Worship Center. He and his wife Dottie have four grown children. Dottie works as a hair stylist in Salisbury, MD.
Tim is a huge sports fan usually cheering for the Washington Commanders, Baltimore Orioles, and the UNC Tarheels. He enjoys ministering to people and seeing their lives changed. He has a passion for world missions and leads a yearly trip to Jamaica working with Teen Challenge of Jamaica.
Tami Hudson
Church Administrator
Tami Hudson grew up in Georgetown and graduated from Sussex Central High School. After high school, she attended Delaware Technical and Community College where she earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration Marketing and Management. Following that, she continued on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management through Wilmington College.
Tami is married to Ed Hudson and they live in Georgetown. Together they have one son, Jase. Tami is passionate about her position here at Central Worship Center and looks forward to getting to know everyone. Tami loves to travel, camp, and stock car racing. Just like the pastors, she is also a sports fan who loves her Baltimore teams. Go Ravens and Orioles!!
Michael Newman
Kids Pastor
Mike is married to Lori Newman. Together they have three children – Alexis, Dylan, and Madison. Mike loves to fish, and is also a huge sports fan. He roots for his hometown teams in Detroit, and the Michigan State Spartans.
Mike has been the children's pastor since 2019, loves creating curriculum and crafts, and connecting with families to create a firm foundation in Christ for today's youth.
Luke Shiderly
Youth Pastor
Luke Shiderly grew up in Delmar Maryland his whole life and then attended Cairn University right out of high school. He graduated with a degree in youth and family ministries and is now on staff at Central Worship Center full time working with the youth!
Luke is passionate about seeing the lives of students changed by the power of the gospel while giving them a fun, safe, and biblical place to come for youth group. He loves being able to connect with people and having meaningful conversations about life and faith.
He is a lover of sports (especially soccer), reading, writing, watching movies, and anything Star Wars, Marvel, or Lord of the Rings! He is a Pittsburgh fan through and through, so you can always hear him cheering (or screaming) for the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates!
